Walworth: Deb was born on April 12, 1959 to Charles and Elsie Bills and passed away peacefully with her family by her side on December 8, 2013. Predeceased by her father; Deb is survived by her husband of 27 years, Tim; daughter Blair Germain; mother, Elsie (Jim) Moll; sisters, Kara (Robert) Magin and Katrina (Mark) Baeumel; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Deb graduated from Wayne Central High School in 1976, attended Nazareth College and was a graduate of Bryant & Stratton College. Her work career included time spent with the New York State Department of Education and seventeen years as Director of Parks and Recreation for the Town of Walworth. Interests included working with people who suffered from substance and alcohol abuse. Deb was very supportive of Cadence Square; a facility nearing completion on the campus of the Canandaigua Veterans Hospital. This new facility will offer housing for veterans who have no place to call home. Deb was also active with Red Ribbon at both the Wayne and Gananda Central School Districts. If there was an event involving youth, Deb was interested and supportive. Like many Western New Yorkers, Deb was a big fan of the Buffalo Bills, and her all time favorite player was Jim Kelly. Zion West Walworth United Methodist Church, where Deb was the church pianist and music director, held a very special place in her heart. Deb's church family meant the world to her and she maintained a strong conviction to the congregation. Funeral and burial services will be held privately. The family asks you to join them for a period of celebration on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Zion West Walworth United Methodist Church, 3960 West Walworth Road, Macedon, NY 14502 (located North of Route 441 in the Town of Walworth) from 1-4PM. Please come by to see the family for a few minutes, or plan to stay for awhile, and share a memory you have of Deb. Memorials in memory of Deb may be directed to the church, or checks may be made out to Cadence Square, and mailed to FLACRA, 28 East Main Street, Clifton Springs, NY 14432.
