A beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, entered into rest Friday, April 14th after a prolonged battle with pancreatitis. Judy is predeceased by her mother and father, Helen Davis and Luther Peets; her sister and best friend, Laura Bond; and her brother Kenny Peets. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Parker; Children, daughter, Jennifer (John) Morrisey, and son Derek (Chelsea) Drury; Stepdaughters Jennifer Parker and Liz Parker; Sister, Diana Gross; Brother, David Peets Sr; and many loved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. Judy was a graduate of Wayne Central. She went on and earned a business degree from Rochester Business Institute and later a Medical Transcription Degree from Monroe BOCES. Judy worked at Xerox, Jostons, Rochester Cardiopulmonary Group, and Wegmans. She was a hard worker who always excelled in her job, but the relationships she built with her coworkers were the most fulfilling part of her career wherever she worked. Judy was a woman of immense strength, courage, and love. She loved fiercely and selflessly devoted her life to helping others, and she deeply believed in the power of kindness. Her love for her family was immense. Judy was most happy surrounded by family and friends sitting by the river in the 1000 Islands. She enjoyed reading, fishing, watching her grandchildren's sporting events, and family game night. She enjoyed feeding the birds wherever she was, whether at work or home. Friends may call on Friday, April 21st at Murphy Funeral and Cremation Chapels, 1961 Ridge Road, Ontario, NY 14519 from 3-5 PM.
