Daniel passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Dan was born in Williamsport, PA to William and Edna (Meixell) Burkhart. He is predeceased by his father William. Survived by his loving wife Karen; sons David and Joseph; granddaughter Alivia; mother Edna; brother William; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Dan enjoyed camping, boating, hunting and corn hole. He loved his family, friends and Masonic brothers. Dan was a human road map to various eating places. He was an all around great guy. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, May 2, 2025, 4-7 PM at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels 1961 Ridge Rd. Ontario, NY 14519. His graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Lake View Cemetery 3945 Lake Road Pultneyville, NY 14589. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Pines of Peace.
